You know full well that has already been mentioned Andrew Tyne Tees.

however it's not been mentioned BY andrew tyne tees, and therefore is not official.

perhaps he infact gave BBC World their info on WTC7...

oh and by the way ATT, why are you ignoring my polite PMs? How very rude

Thank you for explaining Hyma, I hang my head in shame as I realise my downfallings. However, I must say I am shocked by the news that Andrew Tyne Tees has been ignoring your PMs, unbelievable.

Well into the last fifteen minutes or so now and it appears Sky One/Two, Sky News and Sky Sports News will all be going off air at 12.00am, Virgin have already got the caption ready to go if a cap from another Forum proves correct.

It's a shame it's got to this, but it's good to see Virgin hasn't backed down to Sky's demands.

I wonder how long they'll be gone for.

Thank God for Sky Digital.

That was highly boring...Sky One simply started their programme about volcanos, and about a minute in, it suddenly went to black and hasn't come back. All the EPGs are still working and listing what programmes are on now, but no picture.

Same this end, I put Sky One on at first and then the picture froze and then I switched to Sky News and it had gone.

Although it appears no-one is mourning the loss of Sky Travel and Sky Travel Extra, both of which have gone off too. Laughing

I suppose Sky News didn't think it important enough to have a "BREAKING NEWS" aston or message on their ticker just before/after midnight? Razz

Nope, they carried on as normal, apparently it was top story on News 24 at 12.00am, Sky carried a report about the switch off then, looking at what Virgin viewers were missing, mostly looking at 24, Lost and Dream Team. Rolling Eyes

My (ex-Telewest TVDrive) box has just done a small update, and channel 120 has changed from Sky One to Virgin Central 2 - no content yet; 515 is now 'Old Sky Sports Snooze'; and 602 is listed as 'Sky Snooze try BBC'
