Sorry if I'm a bit behind the times on this, but have the broadcasting hours of Virgin 1 been confirmed yet?
I know it's replacing FTN, but is it just sticking to the same post 6pm time-slot? I know some have suggested it could also replace UKTV Bright Ideas' or ABC1's hours on Freeview to go 24 hours, or even go 24hrs on satellite and cable only.

Apparently, 24 hours on Sky and Virgin, but only 12 hours on Freeview from 6pm to 6am.

ABC1 are closing on October 1st, as are FTN, and so it would make sense that the space used by these two could be taken up by the new channel.

Branson should forget about having his own TV channel and keep the Megastores instead!
Vrigin 1 say they want to compeat with Sky Onc, Well I cant see them standing a real change being on epg 153 when Onc is on 106. If they really think they can take on Sky Onc they should move Living TV.
