Viewing Regions On Sky Q

Hi does anybody know the frequency codes and how to add the other ITV Regions to Sky Q?

I know there was a post a while ago but Sky Q seems more technical.

If anybody knows how to do this and the codes you can either post on here or PM me the details.

Far as I know and confirmed by A516, but apparently wasn't possible when SkyQ launched but now should be:

Yes, you'll find Manual Tuning under the Settings menu.
