This is unbelieveably poor. There's nothing good about VH1 now, silly cuntdowns all day and themes by night. It used to be soooooo good but now it's just a cheap carbon copy of =[]X without the phonein lines.

What a rubbish logo. Like the new abbey national one - extremely poor. I long for the days when music channels had less clutter and decent logos. Look at MTV - surviving for so long and never changing the logo. VH1 had a good, versatile logo.
... and hang on a second - "Hear music first"... I thought VH1 played classic songs?
The first time I saw this when this was first brought up I hated it.
Now I see it again - I certainly don't think it's that bad.

The New Logo and DOG is so crap!! Just the kinda thing a cheap, downmarket channel would have. Any channel with a silly coloured dog are channels not bothering with. The old logo looked more stylish and not a annoying. One good thing, at least the ad's are now not dogged (Until they get a transparent dog to use like VH1 Classic).
So if I try and ignore the dog, the music is still good, WAY WAY better than that excuse for the Music Factory!
They should really concentrate on getting some decent programming. They overspent on something a few years ago and all original programming was cut. Since then it's been the tat they are putting out now. A shadow of its former self
And yes, it does look like Vhr

Right I was watching VH1 yesterday on my girlfriend's mum's Sky box ... however as she and I are penniless, we only have Freeview in our flat. Hence, [grovel] please somebody, anybody, please please please post some screenshots so I can see firsthand how s*h*i*t*e this relaunch is [/grovel]
