Well, that's because it's not a channel, but rather a series of programmes about ASL (American Sign Language, apparently the world standard. No one told me this, and I live there!) for kids.
ASL isn't a world standard. The only bit about ASL I can see is in the description on Google - perhaps you're seeing a US version of the site?
ASL and BSL are completely different languages. They're not mutually intelligible, and (to those who don't know) they bear no relation to English. The word order in BSL has more in common with Japanese than with English.
