Someone was listening - these four played out overnight!

Very strange. Why introduce variety (to what is a very limited set) overnight, when virtually no-one is watching? And two of them aren't terribly appropriate at the moment anyway.

Mmm, guess it had to happen - ITV ident played out on UTV with UTV voiceover.

That's happened a few times now (that I've seen).

As has oft been said, it happened on the first day of HTV's Carltonised idents. At a prime junction like 7pm or something, the Carlton logo burst onto the screen. Nearly gave the little online community of pres enthusiasts heart failure at the time (or should that be star failure?).

The last ITV ident that I saw on UTV was on a day where there was a change in the schedule too.

And fair play, good coverage from 1.55pm today, replacing Judge Rinder.

Wonder how long before some of the ITV voices start providing links into the daytime programmes - would seem to be the next progression

An English sounding itv announcer introduced Emmerdale at 8pm (Thursday) saying "UTV" in his script, over a UTV ident.

A fault during the ad break in Harry Hill's You've Been Framed just now on UTV and this filler played... On brand - not!

Crikey - not only is it an ITV logo instead of a UTV one, it also uses the recently discontinued wipe animation!

I've actually never seen that, but that could be used in the Nightshift.
