Except Westcountry and HTV were different companies. It's more similar to how ITVplc does it these days, albeit UTV is on a much smaller scale.
While the in vision announcer for UTV I will be in Dublin, the playout will be from Belfast. UTV built a new playout suite earlier this year for both channels. They'll use the same ITV network feed.

That's right, the first edition of "Ireland Live" airs Monday 18:30.

All nicely shot, I suspect that drone was also flown over parts of Northern Ireland and UTV will get similar idents to tie everything in.
