UTV and DTT

Is it just Ulster TV or do other ITV1 regions that do not put the show information in the guide on Freeview? It has really been bugging me! GMTV in the morning show the information. But wat is UTV doing?
Can anyone clear this up thanks.

I haven't had Freeview at home for a while now, but for most of the time I had it UTV didn't bother providing listings information. I can't imagine that it's anything other than laziness and being generally crap.
