Looks like the PC police have been at it again, the Derry City ident has now been changed to Londonderry City! Laughing

There are two versions - both screened an equal amount of times.

Couldn't they just have done with one calling it "The Walled City" and be done with it?

Or just not put a name on it at all and avoided the subject?!

And breach their house style?

It's probably my fault, I was the one who wondered where the ident for that place was Smile

That documentary on Rwanda was very well put together - thought-provoking, sensitive and beautifully filmed. Well done UTV. Shame they didn't put end credits on the show, as the narrator's voice is very recognisable but I can't put a name to it.

It's a UTV Christmas was fun as well... at least it went beyond 1993 in the UTV archives!

I would never slag off UTV for trying to make an actual *programme* - it's such an unusual event after all. But perhaps in future they should check whether there's any material in the archive worth showing before they commission a programme!

Nice to see some of Lesley Dawes reports though.

Oh yes, I think I have worked out who the other UTV voiceover artist is...

I think it may be a serious voice by Maurice Dancing Very Happy

The Presentation Staff at BBC Northern Ireland sound in good spirits this year, hope there's a special link into TOTP in 40 minutes... Wink

Whereas, poor Robin Taylor sounds reserved and desolate down in Havelock House - and no sign of in-vision today.
