Are there any remaining archived posts about TV rebrands of past, such as the 1991 and 1997 BBC rebrands? It would be interesting to see people's first impressions.

Thanks for that - obviously the technical and financial advantages of the new logo weren't fully appreciated at the time!

Have to agree with the comments about the inability of server-based systems to cross-fade etc. Rankles with me to this day -- cheap and tacky makes up the vast majority of present presentation.
