How often do you use Sky Plus?

I'm an undergraduate studying towards a BA (Hons) Management degree, and would appreciate it if you could assist me in fulfilling the requirements of my thesis module by completing the following questionnaire.

The questionnaire is in relation to Sky Plus technology, and the potential impact it's features has on the impact and consumption of UK TV commercial messages.
