Don't watch it but saw the credits before Whose Line tonight, seem better than last years ones. However what happened to all the classic characters ? I remember Lionel got killed by a wave.
All usual news and current affairs programmes returned to TV One this year with an all new look Breakfast, Headliners and Close-up each programme a got a brand new set along with new titles, graphics and aston etc. Also with that came the look of new DOGS (or watermarks) during the programme. ie pictures below of what I made to show you what it sort of looks like. (if you look in my crap pictures of Breakfast you will see whereabouts on screen they are.
My Ratings: Breakfast 10/10 Love it!!
Headliners 8/10 Like it but to similar to old one
Close-up 5/10 Dont like it very much as there is to much creme colour in it and I have only seen one shot of it, and It didnt look to good.
To elliott a member who visits this thread; One News have fixed there dogs and made it higher in transparency making it look like the other dogs now. good good

You might bee able to help here, bbcworld2003, do the reporters/editors of the story ad the One News dog on themselves or is that done in the studio before broadcast. because I think it would e better to have One Midday, One News and One Tonight in the style of the other ones.
I was thinking it would be kind of interesting if they did this to all programmes, iit would set quite a precedent. Highly unlikely they would do it but it would be good if you were flicking channels and see One then underneath Common Law or whatever show.
My Ratings: Breakfast 10/10 Very good, the studio can accomadate 2 people despite what I said Monday.
Headliners 4/10 Gah ! Too much pink and there is too much light blue.
Close-up 7/10 I quite like it, much, much better than the old holmes studio. Much more professional. (Even though I will probably watch Paul Holmes.

Yeah, looks much better now, less distracting now and looks less like a stencil.
Paul Holmes has begun advertising on Prime. I saw the end of one of the ads it involved him talking and a picture of the harbour bridge and zoomed to some buildings and then revealed Paul Holmes, I think it looked good.

when browsing tv guide at shops today, saw Prime tv have a new logo, not sure when it is to be unveiled on screen possible February 1, will scan it when TV guide is purchased.

I suppose you have purchased the tv guide from Jan 29?? I only have the tv guides up to Jan 28. If this was there new logo I dont think its that bad to be I hope this also means a relaunch of graphics and idents aswell.
