No, it was a network premiere.

Channel previously used that slide when they cut the credits of movies short, so I presume that was what they were doing this time around. If they've edited it onto their copy of the film itself then that might explain why it was the old slide.

Are you sure it had the boxed logo? I recall seeing it but i'm sure it only said channel4.com/film nothing more.
