Odd that out of all the dramas Channel 4 could have picked, they chose Ackley Bridge rather than say Deadwater Fell.

They weren’t synced up by the way, as BBC Two was quite a bit behind ITV, and I imagine the others may have been slightly different times as well

The promo's all about representing all of society so a diverse drama set in Yorkshire's going to be more representative than yet another crime drama.

Did UTV have its logo featured or was it just the default ITV brand?????

And ITV3 starts at 9.00 instead of 8.58.

There are probably very few slots on the main 5 channels which actually synch up perfectly - 6am and 6pm probably the best bets.

6pm probably much better as who exactly would want to see this kind of thing at 6 in the morning?
