No, you missed a crucial word out there!

It's worth a chance - I believe the US version started out with quite favourable reviews but got very boring very quick.

Im looking forward to this, there is a show that follows the main programme as well , I cant recall whereI read it but its called fallout and its described as an irrevelent look at the programme with celb guests discussing topics such as truth and homesty -or other issues raised frm the backstabbing that is likly to go on..they were asking for people to take part.

Irreverent or irrelevant? I think I know which is closest.

I e-mailed C4with this topic and they said that all contestants are kept apart before the show and they can disqualify the money if it is shared afterwards probablythey will all hate each other anyway

With "Peter Kay's mate" Paddy McGuiness and a random female co-host I think.

It should be worth a look. though as it's all in the can I do think C4 might have been better off screening it nightly for a week rather than over eight weeks.

So now a typhical GCSE style mathematics question - the prize begins at £1,000,000 but falls at the rate of £1 a second. How long will it take for the prize to fall to zero?

(Note: 3600 seconds in an hour)

Well not really; if contestants were allowed to share the money afterwards there wouldn't me much of a programme. They would just wait and vote off those that didn't want to share and then share it - probably not the arguments they are hoping for.

Is it an Endemol format then?

Not originally no, but they've bought the rights to make it evidently. They've done the Italian show as well.
