Does anybody know why Ultimate force was not shown last Saturday and why it is not listed for this weekend??

Anyway, according to discussions on Media UK, the show's been pulled due to bad ratings. Hope this helps.

Actually, why can't ITV4 just become a channel for programmes pulled from ITV1? There wouldn't be any problem filling the gaps.

I'm no Tory Daily Mail whino, but was it really appropriate for UF to have a storyline in which Grant Mitchell has to stop an Al-Qaeda cell from executing hostages in which an internet video was used to show the killing of a hostage, so soon after Bigley / Hasan etc?

Looks as if UF and Mr Kemp have been found out and shunted into the sidings. That'll put paid to the 'golden handcuffs' idea, if it hasn't already.

Peter Kay will be quaking in his boots with humour like that around.

Although to be fair, I must only one of a few who think Peter Kaye is crap. I don't actually dislike Peter Kay; he's a funny guy. But he's a one trick pony, and it can't be long before people realise that. There are only so many jokes about being a thick Northerner you can make.

Hopefully he'll disappears while people still have the good memories of him he deserves and not when the papers start laying into him for making his millionth UK tour making the same old Northern jokes.
