Did UKTV previously offer BBC programmes in their on-demand section on Virgin Media?

Were UKTV offering some level of BBC content in their on-demand service (or was it going to be removed completely), or were Virgin expecting a greater range of content?

Yes, we had BBC content through UKTV's on Demand.

I think it's the latter they're expecting, but what they've been saying has been so conflicting and they now seem to have changed to claim it's about having to pay for the free channels rather than on demand. None of us really know why they're fighting, just that we're losing out because they can't behave like adults.

But we can watch the hurling on Premier Sports instead, so that's alright...

Just so long as Mr/Mrs James-2001 doesn't try using the techniques as a way of creating Good Food for this evening. Shocked It could be messy!

Well Virgin Media Ireland have announced the addition of CBS Reality, CBS Action, CBS Drama and Horror Channel as replacements for their UKTV channels.

Maybe, just maybe if UKTV had a coherent policy for their FTA channels, we wouldn't be here in the first place.

Sticking old repeats of sitcoms and dramas from Gold and Alibi on Yesterday and Drama especially was asking for trouble.

If UKTV decided to return Yesterday as a full time documentary channel and Drama with programming that hasn't been shown on W or Alibi for at least 18 months may increase the value of those pay channels.

And already we've got a technical fault on Premier Sports...it's been stuck on the same image for ages now.

Who is actually running the channels?

IF you dont have subscriptions its your only way to see these programme, Maybe Yesterday and Drama should become freeview only?

If that is the case then why do we have that new paramount channel?
