They didn’t do funny names on the EPG like “old sky snooze”, like the time virgin lost the Sky channels!
I’d be dissapointed if they didn’t consider “Really, UkTV”, “No Home” and “where’s Dave”.
Richard Branson was reportedly less than happy about the renaming last time round, so I'd be slightly surprised if they went down the same route again.
Hopefully they’ll have popped down to the Cafe Nero and sorted it out
It’s a sad situation, I thought it would have all been a bit of a bluff and could have been sorted but obviously not. My contract runs until next year so I’m stuck with them.
I've seen it now, god it's hard to tell who's to blame now, they both come across as a pair of children squabbling, no wonder there was no deal if that's how they were acting in negotiations. Neither of them came across well out of that. Can't they stop acting like kids and think of their customers?
Sadly the contracts and are part of the problem with us moving to another provider- we have TV, phone, broadband and mobile contracts with Virgin so it's not too easy to just up and move. I'm only 3 months into a 12 month phone contract for example.

Luckerly we not on a contract according to my dad so we could leave anytime.
I notice the Virgin bloke on BBC news never mentioned On Demand as being an issue- it was all about the cost and getting their "free" channels, when their social media replies have been trying to say that was the main sticking point. Can't they at least keep their story straight?
I have just heard from a relative in Dublin who has the Irish Virgin Media cable service, and all of the UKTV channels they provided are gone off the Irish platform too. I thought it was just the British version, but no GOLD, Dave, W, Alibi, Home are whipped off, with no replacements for them on the Irish system.
Sky TV Ireland have all the UKTV channels, as do the broadband tv providers Vodafone Ireland and Eir TV, but this came as a surprise that the Irish Virgin Media service would be affected too.
