Aye I know!

Incidentally, why is S4C+2 in the list of UKTV channels in this thread's subtitle? One, it doesn't exist, and two, S4C has chuff all to do with UKTV.

Hymagumba is now in the list of channels now Laughing

From my point of view, the rebrand has & hasn't worked, Dave certainly has, and I think Alibi & Yesterday are good names for a drama/crime and history channel, however Home is bland & G.O.L.D. was a bit of a balls up IMO, that's the one that needs to revert back to plain old Gold IMO.

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if all, barring Dave, get rebranded back to UKTV..... again anyway. Look at Channel Five, that was Five for ages & yet they've revered back to it. I wouldn't be surprised that if there was a change of management at UKTV if the "UKTV" tag doesn't return in some shape or form. I could be wrong but you never know. Smile

I'd like to 'UK' prepended on to Gold and Home (both too bland to work as a name by themselves) and all channel idents branded with "UKTV" in the corner or something.

Watch should become UKTV1 or something.

UKTV Prime would be a better name than 'Watch'.

I was watching Eden last night, have they altered their presentation?

I see that Virgin have sold their stake in UKTV to US company Scripps. I wonder what this means for UKTV but also what it means for Virgin who are now left without any channels(?)

It means that as per their corporate strategy they're no longer a content provider and are now just a platform
