I've noticed that LDN are very good at opts, although today at the beggining of the Six, the presenter had to read the last headline v e r y s l o w l y so that there wouldn't be a big gap leading up to the titles. But the only thing all that bad I've noticed is that the headline bed they use is normally at a much lower volume than the national news, so it suddenly drops when they opt.

And yes, terrible luck for the Six tonight, considering at the start of the programme it seemed to be the first time they did the headline bed with manually-added thunderclaps without it messing up.

Did anyone see the sidebar move to the left during Huw's update before 7 on the 12th.  Do plasma screens usually move around the studio!!!!Wink

We Got 'Now On BBC One UK Today' Then they just cut to 'Now Midlands Today with Nick Owen And Suzzane Verdee.

RE: the UK Today side of things,

I keep forgetting to switch back to analogue to see the Look North inserts into the 6 O'clock news. I keep getting surprised when it's UK Today that comes up!
