The main UK Today bulletins seem to be continuing as normal, so it seem that just the Breakfast UK Today bulletins are not happening in all the BBC Two Breakfast programmes it seems, with UK Today replaced by BBC LDN.
South East Today at Tunbridge Wells have also been using the Christmas Ident before their bulletins.

Well, a network (Christmas) ident before BBC London News on BBC1 this evening! Just like the old days (pre-1985)!

All regions use the nnetwork ident at Christmas, regional ones aren't produced

I wonder if, when the regions appear on DSat, BBC London will revert to carrying a network ident, since it will be the default option.
Wouldn't have thought so, they never used to in the days before UK Today... it's just reverting back to as things were a few years back

Does anybody know whats gonna happen to all the UK Today presenters and crew when the thing ends? Is it back to the regions or will the BBC rustle up some work for them on N24 or something, for the more senior presenters, like Gwenan Edwards?

Watched LDN on News 24 this morning and noticed they had a presenter for the news, one for the travel and then Elizabeth Starry with the weather. Look North (Leeds) just has one!
BTW: Where does Elizabeth Starry do LDN's weather? Is it in the main weather set - the one used on 1/6/10 O' Clock News? It can't have been News 24's because it was Alex Deakin there at 8.52 and 9.27!

Err - the regional weather forecasts in the Breakfast regional opts are all recorded by the overnight News 24 weather presenter from the Network weather studio and then played out to the English regions (Except Leeds for some reason! - and I'm not sure about Tunbridge Wells) and Cardiff (who also take a regional weather bulletin from London)
As for the Christmas regional ident - I think the comments revolve around the fact that BBC London are using a Christmas Network ident with NO London on it, whereas other regions, like South East at Tunbridge Wells are using the Christmas Ident WITH South East...
