UK Gold re-vamped (again)

Hmmm.... Credit squeezing- one of the aspects of UK Gold's original look back in 1992? That seems most likely- please tell me what it is.

BTW, what I've seen so far of UK Gold's new look, it seems infinitly better than a baker slicing bread, a bathtub filling up and someone looking at clothes from the previous look.

They have a new female announcer as well- sounds much beter than the old one. Let's hope they got rid of that annoying bloke as well.

I don't really notice the DOG's on UK Gold. I usually watch UK Gold +1 and that has less screen clutter.

Urrgh. The new idents are hiddious. I shall have a screen grab up in a few minutes - these are a step backwards, I liked the abstract closeup shots previously, but these are horrid.

Hmmm before I saw them I imagined them to be better than they are, I would have thought the colours would have been semi transparent, I think it would have worked better that way.
