Is it the actual Tyne Tees logo you don't like?

Why? I think its an improvement on the last one they had!

Yes I think it looks better in yellow, when is it actually going to be seen on TV ? The ident is actually really starting to bore me now, it wasn't bad when combined with the short films but as an ident on it's own it's very poor.

Yeah, just why did the older GMG stations decide not to use the short films? It means there are only 3 version of the ident and it makes the on screen identity look worse!

Recently purhcased GMG stations still use them, but I don't think they are tied in so tightly with GMG, yet!

I actually think it's quite good in yellow, but I agree with Big Phil, the logo is crap, it looks like a logo that would have been acceptable in the 60's!

You ought to watch North East Tonight, with their huge news aston, it looks really silly really!

How's about making the Lettering yellow,but the logo white? Angila don't have an all Yellow logo,nor do Meridian,or LWT,or,erm......

Hmm. Good point, but all three are impossible in monochrome. I think the white version of Tyne Tees' new ident will probably be correct - watch this space!

HTv's colour scheme was blue and yellow anyway - they reversed the colours due to a colour clash - blue on a blue background wouldn't go. That's why LWT changed theirs.

I like the TTTV logo you have designed, but from the way the logo appears in print and on-screen shouldn't the 'Tyne Tees' name title appear like this:

What happened? Your font code was wrong. [font=Brittannic Bold]Tyne Tees[/font] Hmm. I see now. The system doesn't recognise the font.
