Yes, this was a really entertaining programme made all the more watchable for being live. Lovely use of those wide shots at the beginning of the whole studio, set and cameras which then went into the set and characters. And brilliant gags at themselves being live on BBC Three. Must have been great to be in the audience and work on it too.

Having not watched Two Pints since probably the first series I did catch the trails for the live show so thought I'd watch. Very well produced and with tongue twisters, fire-eating, pub games, singing and downing a pint they managed to pack a lot of funny-because-it's-live stuff in.
Very similar format to Will & Grace live eps with an opening shot of the gallery, curtain rise, zoom into first scene then cast call at the end (no ECP or anno here).
Then a static slide for the next programme - when was the last time Three showed one of them?!

The fact it was live made the show alot more entertaining then previous episodes - even I was shaken by the news Janet got. I saw it was coming anyway, either that or Johnny would have decided to live there. I'm assuming the gay bartender is going to be his replacement?
The BBC Three gags were great, and the live "stunts" and tricks made the show feel like Runcorn Oppurtunity Knocks. If only all episodes were filmed live... and I just hope this series isn't the last which the cast currently fear. Well Sheridan said that on Pauk O'Grady anyway...

God I'd thought this had finished completely, never mind that it was coming back with a live episode. I guess if it's been trailed it's more a case of how little I watch the BBC to catch their promos.
I watched the first couple of series but only really dipped in and out since it moved to BBC3.

It's great to have Two Pints back. I thought tonights live episode and it's many gags was excellent. I went surprisingly well, I was expecting at least one messup, although during the scene with Louise's tounge-twisters, Sheridan was obviously trying not to laugh. I also noticed a bloke in the background briefly on one of the pub scenes near the end.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was years ago, I barely even see that.
