Two new idents for BBC ONE

Thanks to whoever sorted this out.

Before Doctor Who they aired space.

Did anyone notice something odd about the Subtitles caption?

The music is way to quiet. It sounded like the announcer was speaking with just no music from the ident at all.

I love the visuals of 'Forest'.

Officially called Mission Control.

Space seems to just be the 'condensed' name for the BBC webpage It's easier to type into small spaces

I noticed just now, did anybody else spot the 'crosshairs' that framed the final shot of the ident, making it seem as though the camera is looking through a scope of some sort? This fine detail was presumably lost on the site RM vid.

I didn't even know, I nearly missed the start of Doctor Who, it's only when the little space buggy thing started drawing a circle that I dived over to get the DVD record remote

If anyone didn't 'get' what I meant by the odd Subtitles caption on Mission Control earlier, it was shown in Gill Sans , the old font, that was only previously used for the Dancers. I flicked over to NI and caught it was the same there also.

All Circle idents prior this airing have carried the bespoke BBC One font for the Subs caption, but now it has reverted - I'm guessing this was an accident...

As predicted, Magical Forest into Jekyll. Looked very nice on screen.

Yeah I liked that one as well, looked great on screen, perhaps this ident package isn't so bad afterall. Let's hoep future additions are of the same quality
