TVS is in the skip!

On the Paul Ogrady show we have found out that someone is putting alot of TVS programmes in the skip!

Why wont Disney Sell NO73 what use do there have for it?

I dread to think that TVS catchphrase is in the skip as well!

Scandalous. This should not be happening in 2007 (without the programmes at least being transferred to modern formats).

Oh well, if anyone knows the location of this particular skip...

Skips eh? We should ban broadcasters from using them. Many a piece of programme history has ended up there, and especially presentation history (the BBC Schools diamond, the mechanical dots etc)

catchphrase TVS era at this rate

Don't panic! Some stuff should be safe, the early TVS 'Art Attack's should be safe with Disney (they were showing them regularly a few years back on The Disney Channel), and TVS Catchphrase was on Challenge TV until at least early this decade, so surely they'd have lots of tapes too?

Then again, that is two programmes out of about a zillion, so...

Challenge have NO TAPES of TVS catchphrase anywhere,

and art attack is safe because of STV

Most of the archive is stored at Maidstone.

and owned by Disney why wont ITV by there catalogue?

because itv plc don't care about their history, what made them great in the first place!

I wonder if Challenge would buy the hard copies?

Someone was logging TVS programmes at ITV Yorkshire recently apparently. I think its safe.
