Just found this website, where you can vote for your favourite TV stars, for a programme to be shown on itv1 later this year.

The list only consists of 50 stars, but it does give you the option to nominate one more person after you have submitted your main vote.

The voting system is more or less identical to that for ITV's 50 Greatest Shows, where the public vote will put the 50 stars in order, with any extras unlikely to make it into the final list.

Well we'll expect Ant and Dec to win, with David Jason not far behind. That I'm sure is what ITV will want to see.

Brucie has to be at least Top 5, simply because of his longevity!

Looking at the talent in the list it's so sad that a lot of them are either dead or banished from TV simply because of their age. I mean Ant & fecking Dec, they are so one dimensional!

Brucie & Bob were talented showmen & presenters. Then you had the likes of Morecombe & Wise, Victoria Wood, Kenny Everett & The Two Ronnies who between them more or less wrote the comedy handbook. It's sad that TV now relies on talentless bints and reality TV stars to filled their mindless schedules.

If last year's ITV's Top 50 shows ever marlarkey had Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway at number 2 has anything to go by then I think I might give the show a miss to get rid of any pre arranged exceptations.

Indeed, that '50' logo on the website looks strangely familiar. Wink

Always annoys me that Ant and Dec are always treated as one person! What if we like one, but not the other!

I agree, its totally stupid. Whenever they are nominated for awards its always the two of them.
