Did TV-am ever feature regional optouts? I cannot seem to remember if they did or not. Also, has any one got the full versions of the Good Morning Britain or Daybreak theme, as all the ones I have found sound terrible!
Thanks in Advance

Have you tried TV World ( http://www.jim.edwards.clara.net ) or 'A Toast to TVam'? Or are they the sites you got them off?

The one I found are copies of The ones on 'Toast to TV-am'. They sound like they re been played in a tin can, and the frequency range is miniscule.

Well, I can tell you for a fact that TV World definitely has some. They are under 'Breakfast' section. They are not in crystal sound either but are a good quality.

Wasn't there a newsreader called Gavin Scott, who worked for TVAM?

Had glasses & a moustache, if I remember correctly!

Yes - I believe TVam did indeed have regional news opt-outs. However I am not sure that they were all done by the regional ITV companies - I think TVam may have set up their own offices. I think this was because TVam was not part of ITN - it had its own news reporters and news gathering operation. I think the breakfast opts may have been based at the regional news offices used by TVam for their news gathering - though I may be wrong about this.

This operation was closed after TVam lost their franchise, but before they stopped broadcasting, and in the interim Sky News provided the TVam news service.
