Indeed. But until a mod moves the thread I'll reply here and say there is no word on it beginning, its not in the schedules for next week which means its missed its announced November launch date.
Although I didn't see it myself, general comment in the media is that his performance on Ireland AM - apparently atrocious - didn't help. Then again putting Vincent Browne presenting Ireland AM is the Irish equivalent of asking David Dimbleby to present GMTV or David Frost to present TV-am (hang on, that second one actually happened

As for the new studio, well it was seen with a different background during the Rugby World Cup. An interview with TV3's new chief executive seemed to imply that they are already using it (in other words, what we are seeing on TV3 now is a CSO of the old studio).
