The largest studio might be at Leavesden in Hertsforshire, if I'm not mistaken. It's not strictly a television studio, though.

Who's got the biggest TV studio in the UK? Is it at BBC TV Centre, London Studios or somewhere else?

If Leavesden Studios is otherwise known as Shepperton studios, then you are correct - however I thought the largest studio/sound stage is the James Bond stage at Pinewood.
The largest purpose built studio for television in the country is either TC1 (at TV Center) or Studio 1 at LWT - Not sure which..

Speaking of tv studios. Are this mornings windows really windows, as they looked out of them today and waved. And when Alison was outside you could see long black windows in relation to where the this morning studio would be.
So would this studio be a converted office or would they have built windows into the side of the studio?

No, Leavesden is north west of London and is a converted Rolls Royce factory. It was converted especially for the production of one of the new Bond films - Goldeneye I think - because the usual 007 stage at Pinewood was fully booked.

There are windows, but they are tinted otherwise they would be too bright for the cameras. Hence they aren't so easy to look into than out of

And is London Today/Tonight's studio real windows?
Yes.
Were all of these studios built with windows?
Yes, the London Tonight one was built on a piece of roof specially for the launch of LNN. The This Morning one was used for something else and converted into a studio.
These things would have to be specially built. To take a studio and knock a hole into it would be problematic and the chances of having one in the right location would be very rare
