No - it's actually part of the BBC restructuring plan. To make staff more mobiole the No.12 Bus Route is to be restored to Routmaster operation (to give itt the capacity) and extended from Shephards Bush to Quay Street via Milton Keynes.

The number 12 goes nowhere near Shepard's Bush: it runs from Oxford Circus to Dulwich Library.

as it's by a bus shelter I guess it's an illuminated GMPT sign, talking of illuminated signs the granada tv sign looks a few bulbs short
