Challenge Anneka started off on BBC1. A one off was later done on ITV.

Fifth Gear started off on Channel 5, later moved to Discovery

Blockbusters - ITV, to Sky, to BBC2, back to Sky, then to Challenge.

Bullseye, ITV then Challenge (Not repeats of the ITV episodes, but new episodes with host dave Spikey).

It looks like Fifth Gear has moved around a lot...

Channel 5 (2002–11)
Discovery (2012–14)
History (2015)
Quest (2018–present)

Though Discovery and Quest are the same operation - just different outlets (not sure about History)

History is an odd choice but when you have the likes of Yesterday showing sitcoms I suppose anything is fair game.

You say that but this was the channel that aired Ice Road Truckers!

What the Papers Say has been mentioned as an ITV to Channel 4 transfer (in fact on air on day 3 - and possibly its' first fully networked showing).

A couple more for you - LWT's Credo and Tyne Tees' Face The Press moved from ITV to C4 when it launched.

I'm pretty sure that John Swinfield's Enterprise series of business documentaries moved from regional exposure on Anglia to national on 4 as well, but happy to be corrected.

What the papers say also went on radio after it was dropped on BBC tv.

Only connect went from bbc4 to bbc2.

Fifth Gear was essentially the same production team as the old BBC Top Gear before it was cancelled.

They also burned down "new" Top Gear's set.

Not cool.

Was that not just a joke by New Top Gear?

Or have I just missed your joke... Laughing ? Sorry, very tired!

Yep, a few years into 'new' Top Gear there was a fire at the place where they stored their set. On the next episode Clarkson joked that it was sabotage by the rival Fifth Gear team

History was owned by A&E Networks.

The Kenny Everett Video Show/Cassette (ITV) -> The Kenny Everett Television Show (BBC1). A slight change of title when Kenny moved from ITV to the BBC, but the format was very much the same on both channels.

I don't know if it was entirely the same- the Thames version was made in a small studio without an audience, and the BBC version was in a big studio with an audience, that's a significnant change for starters.
