I still believe that the other 84 tapes are safe, it just there stuck with the rest of the TVS Achieve ashford. Dvd is just direct copy of the 12 VHS episode that were made)

Paper work should not be in a mess. as everyone know how it happened

TVS brought over by Family channel 1993. Family channel was brought over by Fox 1997, at the same time Sky channel was sold over off to Flextech why still brought the rights to a number of gameshow ( the broadcast rights finshed around 2001). Fox "family channel" was sold to Disney. 2001/2002, So how the paper work is a mess is unknown.

I have also notice that Two ronnies show from around 1984 - 1986 has not really been given a proper repeat nor has the 1985 Christmas special.

Catchphrase 86 - 93 , All Clued up, Bobby davro Tv weekly/ tv show, Cats eyes, Fraggle rock

TV Weekly was a topical programme so has no repeat value except as clip sales.

Yet other tvs stuff have managed get aired, like Ruth Rendell's murder stories.

I believe that's because it was sold to the production company who made it, the same with Art Attack

Quote:
The amount of Dramas and one off that bbc/itv/Ch4 have could I dare say fill up ITV3 and gold!

But you're forgetting two things - first of all not everything can be repeated and secondly not everything is worth repeating. It costs money to buy the programmes, reversion/prepare themfor broadcast and then pay everyone involved when it's shown. They've got to have a really good reason to do all that for some long forgotten one-off drama.

Here a thing, with one eg. everyone mouths off about how big Morecambe and wise Christmas show was in 1977, and is shown all the time ( including this evening) yet MIKE Yarwood, 1977 Christmas show which was broadcast the after M&W got even more viewers, yet has never seen the light of day.

It's not quite as timeless as Morecambe and Wise. I doubt most people who watched it at the time would be able to recall most of who he is impersonating

Has Series 1 of Men Behaving Badly ever been repeated, BBC 1 only seems to have repeated Series 2 (the last Thames/ITV series) onwards, the Harry Enfield series seems to have been forgotten about.

They showed the first series on Men and Motors a few years ago when it was still available on Freeview.

The BBC could also repeat The Afternoon Play series.

And the Jonathan Meades back catalogue.

How do you know that? I find it hard to believe that material would just be sent to a random warehouse but still.

I was told from someone who works there, or has links with it, ( I believe there worked in Media merchants ) where some of the tape now sit. its not a random warehouse, but it is owned by Disney, but I have no idea where in Ashford it is.
