All but one of the episodes of Seinfeld had no opening titles sequence. For the first seven seasons, the show started with Jerry Seinfeld doing a stand-up comedy routine, with the logo and credits over the top. For the last two seasons, the stand-up bits were dropped and opening sketches were used, again with the logo on top.

To my knowledge, the only exception was a double bill clips episode entitled "Highlights of a Hundred", which did feature a title sequence.

I find the Apprentice titles really annoying, I feel they give away big spoilers. You can just tell everyone featured in the titles are going to make it some significant way through the programme, which lets you easily rule out candidates. That's the trouble wtih reality TV shows using clips from future series in their titles: it gives the game away. Would be better if they didn't use them.

An episode of Drop the Dead Donkey opened onto a funeral scene, for the start of the series, and they tried to make you think one of the newsreaders (Henry) had died, before he showed up at the last minute wishing him the best.

No music or titles, just title card overlayed on the shot.
