It isnt until the next break the draw appears?

So little doubt it's an advertisement. Looks like the game will basically be Sofawatch, but really odd you have to be over 25 to enter. Can't see the justification for that when it is 16 for the lottery itself.

The results have been shown. Well outside of Scotland.

They probably recorded all of the possibilities in advance.

I thought the results show was going to be live, like back in the BBC days. Oh well.

It's because of the 'Challenge 25' Law here in Scotland. If someone buying alcohol or other aged prohibited items, if they look under 25 they must provide photo ID. http://www.challenge25.org

Bit pointless imo.

I would rather lose the fluff (and that includes Mulhern) and have them just read out the results during the ad break inc. Thunderball.

Having ‘real people’ read the balls added nothing at all.

That said... if they aren’t showing ‘the live draw’, then I don’t really know what the point is with this as they already read the results out on BBC1 still.

As expected, Camelot must be loving the amount of PR that was generated, all they’ve done is buy an advert slot!

That's irrelevant though as cash, not alcohol, is the prize and the Challenge 25 principle isn't about being over 25, it's about being over 18.

OK, tech geeks - so where was the gallery that was featured in the advert then?

The fact that Mulhern was wandering around the streets around Hammersmith and interviewing people in the public square between the theater and the Witherspoons at the top of the High Street by the two tube stations, makes me think it could have been over at TVC, or Ericsson in Wood Lane or Chiswick.
