TV-AM from Moving image

Ive sent an email about this to BringBackThames as I know he ordered a copy of TV-AM from the day he was born, but in case I dont get a reply from him Im posting my request here too. Has anyone ordered a copy of TV-AM from Moving image for their own personal, non-broadcast use and if so, will you tell me how to do it as I want a copy from my DOB (9th June 1986)? The instructions on the website are very complicated and they confuse me so its not much help. Which address do I email, how much does it cost, is the ordering process complicated and how do I pay (cash, debit card, cheque etc.) and any other useful info which may help me. Thanks in advance for any help I might be get. I dont want to email them till I am 100% clear on what to do. Please help even if you havent ordered yourself but do know someone who has or if you know how to do it yourself as I do want to get a copy myself. Even the tiniest bit of information would be useful. Thanks In advance

P.S. I want to know if any phone calls have to be made to obtain it or not.

On the website it says a fax needs to be sent. Is this true for personal use or just buisness/broadcast use as I dont have a fax.
