I know its the server I'm just informing that the time can be altered manually on the Profile.
And then manually altered back again when the server gets corrected. Then manually re-altered when the server next goes wrong. Then manually altered back again when the server gets corrected. Then manually re-altered when the server goes wrong a further time. Then manually altered back again when the server gets corrected again.
I was simply making the point that a far better solution would be to FIX THE <EXPLETIVE DELETED> SERVER ERROR.
I know this has nothing to do with the breakdown, but I thought it was appropriate it to post it here...
Why is it that when you change your profile (using Mozilla Firefox), your region information seems to get deleted? I end up having to change the profile in IE.
A belated sorry for the problems. I got back on Monday but as some will know, my PC died shortly before I went on my hols so I've had that to sort out before doing too much site surfing again.
Thanks to Rob and James for holding fort. After the problem the other weekend I was worried about leaving it knowing I could come back to find no-one could post during the week away! As it turned out, there was a couple of downtime days for which I'm very grateful to Martin for stepping in with the temporary forum, but I still have no idea what caused or fixed it!
As to the profile problem - I'd have to look into it!
As it turned out, there was a couple of downtime days
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
And there was me thinking the Welsh used to exaggerate by calling three a couple.

When you have a moment, it might be worth updating the FAQs to add the fourth and fifth ITV Astra transponders on 10.714 Horiz and 10.758 Vert, respectively.
Also probably best to remove the bits about which channels are on which transponders as most are up for shuffling and change in the next few weeks.

Thanks Nick - I keep meaning to give the whole help section an overhaul so that'll be next on my list.
