I think that the closest match to the current Sky News Logo is Britannic Bold. And the current Border logo is Times new Roman , Italic, with spaces between each letter. I hope this is useful

Okay, I'll admit I haven't updated my font in a long time now - and I'm not sure if I will just yet!
This is also the site where you can download the Macintosh version of the font - as I appreciate that not _everyone_ uses PCs!
