Here's one for Malcolm in the Middle (they finished two sundays ago):
Malcolm graduates into college trying to forefill Lois's dream of him becoming President in the near future along with many other happy endings.
I'll name some later.

There were quite a few episodes and specials after the one where they became millionaires!

Do old sit coms count. There was a 1970s one called young at heart about an elderly couple which ended when they moved into a retirement home after selling their home to developers.

Allo Allo ended in the present day (1992) with an 'aged' cast reminiscing about the war and finally Rennie eloping with Yvette.

Hi-De-Hi ended with the holiday camp being sold and the characters going their separate ways, and of course Peggy becomming a yellow coat.

Can you spoiler tag the Malcolm in the Middle one please!

Glad to see you've included the original "ending" of Only Fools and Horses. I never actually saw the second "ending" - I think those final three episodes should be wiped myself!

Talking of that then, on a similar theme how many shows have come back from the dead after having a definate ending?

There I gave it a spoiler tag. I can also confirm that [SPOILER] Dewey and Jamie now take the role of troublesome children like Reese and Malcolm did and Francis gets himself a proper 9 to 5 job.
