I used to love when this sort of thing happened trying to find different regional ITV stations and different regional radio stations but since everything is called ITV (bar STV) and you got the likes of Heart and Capital everywhere then its just taken the fun out of it all.
Ne1L C, fanoftv and Closedown gave kudos

I agree Russ. To see the different presentation, regional news and programmes that appeared in off peak weekend slots was always interesting.

I used to be able to get Tyne Tees on an indoor aerial. Really weird watching programmes mean for another area. Satellite's taken all the fun out of it Crying or Very sad

Is it just a case of doing a re-scan on my smart tv to see what i get?

There was the initial bit of fun on Sky some point 2002 when you could add all the ITV channel manually but ITV themselves spoiled the fun when the majority of the regional stations were called ITV1 on screen. (Minus STV/UTV/Channel TV of course)

Interesting website here - http://www.fmtvdx.eu/

It is in Dutch but should be reasonably easy to understand.

Also - useful map here:
