TV continuity from communist countries past and present

So I haven't seen one of these topics before so I decided to start it

Television from Communist countries are so different compared to the UK like for example North Korea's Korean Central Television starts up at weird times like 14:30 between Mondays and Saturdays here is how they startup:

And now we have USSR news programme Vremya:

That startup video from North Korea's KCTV is quite old now, you'll notice it features Kim Jong-Il.
