Turn on Terry

I saw ep1 and I hated it!, I missed ep2, but saw ep3 last night. I think it has got better since ep1, but its still no way near 'Daytime TV' or 'Primetime TV' standards yet.
Well trust Wilson to be on again. This Man has an opinion on everything. Don't you just love him! It’s those Specs hanging on the edge of the nose that really does it for me!

It's almost time to turn on terry again not to mentiion see the ITV overnight mini-ident sting thing in the middle, oh and also Take the Mike as a well!

This week is it possible for someone to post some captures of T.O.T to inform the discussions?

Well he won't get a job at the BBC now will he, slagging off at length BBC Three and Dom Joly!

It seems that the guests are Ana Boulter and/or Anthony Wilson, sometimes both or just one but never neither!

Has Ana Boulter really got nothing to do on a Thursday night, so she just goes every week? Most girls have an excuse - "I'm washing my hair" or whatever.

But anyway, I have to say, I can’t believe I hated the show on week 1. Now its just Must see TV. All those were right! Its so bad......Its good!

I bet (And hope) Wilson is back next week. As much, as at times I have hated the man, watching him after Midnight on a Thursday is just a different thing altogether. But anyway, the show has got better now. If you watched week 1, then week 4's ep after, its easy to tell the difference in quality.
Also one last thing, In week 1 I thought terry looked 'Grey and past it' but now.......Fresh as a daisy. Well his hair is brown again, so that’s the main thing. Has he put some colour on his hair? Has he taken my advice from earlier in this thread:


Well I wonder? But yes, to round up, his hair does look different to me.

Or better still, get rid of it completly, it's rubbish.

I stumbled across and watched last week's show. Pretty awful low-budget vehicle for terry to voice his scripted opinions and witty remarks.

Oh dear. That doesn't bode well. I'm afraid it marks the end of my relationship with this marvellous piece of low-budget TV; I can't stay up until one to watch it!

So what was last night's like? Any gems?!

Gems? Well Not really. Well unless Wilson Slating Russell Grants Postcards filler on Five at 4:10am is classed a Gem? Mr Wilson really did not like the show! Well who does? Last nights show was still a winner! As for the new 12:30 time, well is it 12:30 next week? It’s just that this week, Wales had an Hour thing at 11:30, so maybe that’s why the other regions had to fill Midnight - 12:30? UTV did well with Tarrent on TV, where as Carlton offered something with Nick Owen talking to someone, and Granada dragged out Ghost Stories. Nice. Anyway, Why don’t Scottish and Grampian show Turn on Terry?? At 00:25 the EPG said ‘Young, Posh and loaded’. Don’t SMG even show the repeats of it?? Strange?

Well the house band was just the same as ever, as already said Anthony Wilson's rant about Russell Grant's postcards was probably the best bit, though there were some funny gags including Anthony commenting on how cheap the show is to make. I'm still not sure which bits are meant to be so bad they are good and which bits are meant to be good but are bad!

No doubt Ana Boulter will be back next week!
