Tuesday night is Sci-Fi night on BBC2

Anyone notice that for the past few weeks, BBC 2 have run a sci-fi film after the repeats of the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy? If this is s regular thing why dont they make it official? Also, I wish they would bring moviedrome back. I particularly remember a monster movie double bill they showed once with a babyalligator who was flushed down the toilet and grew to a giant size in the sewers and a peradactyl which plucked people off the top of crysler building.

Yes I have noticed that too. A good effort being made by BBC2 with this schedule I think. Next week's sci-fi film is the classic 1951 sci-fi horror 'The Thing from Another World' at 11.55pm.
I think that might be the last film of the season though as the re-run of The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy comes to an end next week, although I hope they continue to show more sci-fi films in this slot over the summer.
