My friend and I plan on making a show, and at one point, thinking how to get it on telly. (Which is unlikely) I thought to myself, what network is the most trustworthy? I thought I'd put it to the test. Say the network + reason you trust it the most (AND your least)

Trustworthy: BBC. Offer best programming, offer help. More "Public"
Untrustworhy: ITV. Everything seems a big fake, and make rubbish programmes to fill schedules.

Good old reliable BBC. Always there when you need it. On TV, on radio, online, on paper...

oh yes, because ALL the networks will be clammering for your show. in the real world, you will sell the idea to who-ever will listen, not who the good people of tv forum like the most.

Thanks, but possibly a channel people actually watch.

why, of course it would have to be the Fox News Channel, which is known for its totally unbiased stance and 100% reliability in giving the news straight.

oh you were wondering, were you? well since you ask - i think you obviously have too much time on your hands and a lack of friends.

What an odd question. What do you mean by 'most trustworthy'?..... in terms of what? Providing programmes at the time they say they will, being truthful with the news? Not firing you?

As most of us have never submitted a programme idea I think you'll find it hard to get a useful answer. Lets hope your programme treatment isn't as vague as your topic!

If you give up that easy you have no right in my opinion to make a television programme anyway.
