to me over the years trouble seems to look like it was branded towards the black community...with all the black programming .. remember the early days of trouble...saved by the bell, home and away, california dreams etc... i still think the childrens channel would be good to comeback with the programming they had could knocks spots of the kids channel we have today.

Oh I thought that too. It always seemed to be dodgy black imports and Desmonds when I turned it on.

They really must be unhappy with the channel's performance and/or finances if they are replacing it with another time-shift in the interim.

That's really depressing. VMTV need to realize not all of its viewers love Jade Goody and America's Next Top Model. To replace one of their long running channels and brands with a bloody timeshift channel is a ridiculous move. I hope to Christ they move it's programming to Virgin 1 or something.

Technically it's being replaced by a timeshift of a timeshift channel Shocked.

But I can't say I'm sad to see Trouble bite the dust. Terrible channel that didn't know what the heck it wanted to be. Still, I wonder if it would have been in a better position now if it had remained in its prime location in the Kids section of the Sky EPG rather than being dragged down to the lost depths of the Entertainment section.
