Our television company in the Czech Republic (c.j.), transmission no Rup/38/01/2733, is off from 20/11/2001 as TV3, we will come back on 6/12/2001. This is because we haven't paid our bills.
Well, not really, but it would be funny if that was what it said.
Within skeletonĕ arrangements Advices sake radio plus [televizní] transmission è.j. [Rup] 38/01/2733 through [dne] 20..112001 them society TV3, a.s. [nucena] terminate transmission with [dni] 6..122001. [Vøíme]ĕ, that [nejde] within final answers.
So, we're not really much further forward.
EDIT: Unless it means that its transmissions have come to an end and it will disappear altogether on 6 December (Thu)? A shame - I liked TV3!

Maybe it could be there's a transmission fault and all the engineers are on holiday until the 6th so until then we're off air...
If they haven't paid their bills, I assume it's because their czechs have bounced.
(Come on, you MUST have expected that one, after the first reply came in!)

The caption reads:
'We have a group of people and they have control of TV in Czech. They stopped TV3 (Rup/38/01/2733) since 20.11.2001. TV3 company could stop TV broadcasting on 6.12.2001 We hope that is not definitive.'
It has been off-air due to a problem with the media.
That translation above is exactly what is displayed on TV3 in Czech.
Hope that helps.
