The Last Train Itv1

Hello, does anyone remember a series called The Last Train which run on ITV1 around 1999 / 2000? It lasted a few weeks, and was absolutely brilliant, trouble is it was never shown since and I havent seen it anywhere to buy!.
It was roughly about a group of people who went on a Train, and in a tunnel something happened that Froze time for hundreds of years, when they awoke, everything including Plants and Animals were all extinct!! There was even acid rain that fell from the sky because there was no atmosphere left! I think it was some sort of Atom Bomb?

I know this isn't something I should be saying but what the heck - I downloaded it recently off of a peer to peer program - all 6 parts. I tried to find it to buy but I don't think it was ever released but if you look on say Kazaa or Edonkey you will find it as thats where I got it!

Do a video search for Last Train and you should see it. I think its 3 files with 2 episodes on each file - like The Last Train 1/2, Last Train 3/4 ect..

It wasn't a bomb it was a meteor that hit the earth and the famous ending was:

"The people we were looking for - were the people we were running from."

Then the little girl said:

"The people we were running from - were the people we were looking for."

Then the train disappeared into the tunnel.

It was on ITV2 in 2001, and on Sci-Fi earlier this year.

Oh, I remember. With that MI5-y women. Throught it quite funny at the time...

Brilliant show, was first broadcast in early 1999. I remember one of the characters making a cameo appearance on 'This Morning with Richard not Judy' at the same time.

I remember enjoying this show. I think it has been repeated once on ITV2, circa 2001. Would really like to see it again.

Its definatly been on tv again this year on a non terrestrial channel. I remember seeing it. Cant remember which channel though. It was a brilliant series.
