TOTP2

I notice that TOTP2 is returning for another 'special' on Wednesday, to celebrate World Cup songs.

I wish BBC2 would decide if they have ditched this show completely... I really do miss TOTP2, and I think it should be returned to being aired weekly. The odd archive clip on TOTP is quite the same thing!!

Well don't forget TOTP2 is shown on UKTVG2 at 7pm (repeat of 2pm showing) daily.

They're currently showing the episodes from 2001.

TOTP2 was great when it was introduced as a "companion" programme to TOTP - repeating performances from that week's edition, previewing new songs and had less archive content and a good presenter in Johnnie Walker.

In the last few years before it was "rested", the show became repetitive and irritating.
