Agreed! 1991-1994 had style. I can't seem to find a video of it anywhere... can anyone help please? 
I understand the theme was carried over from 1987, wasn't it?
Whatever the logo will be, it'll certainly have some big `O's in it!

The theme tune at that point was superb as well!
My earliest memories of the show are also when I was about four; I remember seeing the video to John Lennon's 'Imagine' when it was re-released in 1980 and Toyah singing 'I Want to Be Free' in 1981!

I'm not sure the logo will change. According to Ceefax the studio has been redesigned with bigger stages and a retro look. I have a feeling that they will keep the old logo and have new titles and graphics in 16:9. The first new show will be an hour long special. I remember reading somewhere that its going to be a bit like CD:UK with interviews and news slots as well.
I still think the late 90s chrome set was the best ever. I think they should dumpt the retro idea. Its out of fashion now. It should be modern and all 'millennium'. Mind you - Chris Cowey does look like he's stuck in the seventies with his hairstyle.

They have converted a tea-bar to an interview area for TOTP. They have also got another area converted for another interview space - I guess with all these different strands of TOTP they need it! (like TOTP Prime).
The story goes that they couldn't afford any new cameras in the referbishment, so the TOTP studio will beg, borrow steal cameras from other studios.
