Topuptv had launched a promo channel which stated quite clearly that Topuptv was launching in OCTOBER. October comes along and for some weird reason, it gets whipped away from our screens.
Those who have ordered their boxes including myself have enquired to customer services but everyone has been told different stories. The current service is still 7.99 and it is not fair.
I am considering cancelling my order because I have waited long enough. October they said but still no sign of the box.
They seem to be ignoring the emails, ignoring the first option to cancel on the telephone and when you do get through to somebody, they give you false information.
